Where do I find fur squares??!!

I know you have to get them from an artisan, but I know where 2 of them are and neither of them sell fur squares. This is kind of frustrating because I don't want to get the stupid ringmail armor and look like a noob, I want to get the ascalon armor and look tough, lol. So if you could kindly direct me to an artisan that sells fur squares I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

This is a rumor, but I heard someone say a very slim chance of getting them off charr hides with an expert salvage kit... can't find any other info on this, which angers me because other people can get their rare crafting materials considerably easy in comparison.

Yeah it's annoying. Lucky for my Ranger I don't like the way the Fur-lined armor looks, so I didn't need fur.

Yeah seems to be a mystery and nobody will bother to help people out by saying. The ones that know probly the ones selling them at hugely exagerated prices to those who need them.

I believe you need to kill Chars in post searing to obtain Chars, but i'm not 100% sure

If anyone has the prima strategy guide they would know for sure. When someoen finds out they need to let us all on the forum know so we dont have to pay 5 plat for a stack of 10 (not that i've seen any for sell).

I've gotten a fur off a centaur hide in yak's bend. But I mainly get tanned hides off them. It's possible the item itself(the hide) has to be rare or be identified as highly salvegable.
