LFG? Looking for a group? Look no farther!

I was recently talking to a member of the community, and she made me realize something...

There is no real way for players to meet one another so they can get to know each other!

This thread is deciated to you, the community, who are looking for those players that spark your interest.

These people might be 24/7 gamers, or after work types. But there will be that one person out there just for you!

What I expect from this thread?

- Who are you. (Character name.)
- Class preference. (What classes.)
- Hours of play. (Please let people know what time zone you are in. Eastern Standard? West? Central? <- For example. Then what hours your able to play.)
- Days of play. (Pick your weekdays.)
- Level of character. (What level is the character you want to play.)
- Type of play your looking for. (PvE / PvP)
- Total gaming experience. (Based if you want on Guild Wars, or gaming in general.)
- Voice communication. (Either Vent or Teamspeak are the top two here.)

Everyone please include as much information as possible. I covered only a few topics there, but tell about yourself if you wish to make a bigger impact on players looking for that someone that fits their time zone. (Example would be like if you were a greedy player, someone who doesnt need much, etc etc...)

I'm just looking for that right person who can meet me for adventure in attempting to comb all the knots out of a char's fur. Thanks!

Other: yes i enjoy playing a healer, yes i will be the healer for the group. like i said i am always willing to help out lower level chars when i am around and want to learn tombs pvp!

Type of play you are looking for: PvE. My guild does Tombs/GvG just about every night, so usually I'm not interested in random PUG's for PvP.
- Gaming Experience: Well in Guild Wars I have finished the game with 5 characters (had Ranger and Mesmer characters but I deleted them), the guild I'm an officer of is ranked approximately 250 on the ladder and has won HoH multiple times. I know just about every PvE mission, quest, and zone very well.

Other: I like to play my Monk and Mesmer because I think they're fun. I'm a decent monk, went from healing to prot not too long ago. I used to be a smiter before it was wicked popular, but when the influx of smiters came in I went healing/Protection. I like my mesmer the most, though, because interrupting is fun, even if not the most practical thing in PvE. I run insp, dom and fastcasting useually, though I have a tendancy to play with my second class a lot. ( solo mesmer anyone? :P ) Anyways, I love people who love mesmers, so, go you if you do.
I'm pramarily PvE oriented, but I'll try my hand at PvP some day...maybe...I kinda like the PvE arenas.
Ok, that's enough about me now.

GAMING EXPERIENCE?: Well, GW since sometime mid Aug I think (cant really remember). When I started playing games, Atari was the only "platform" available. Then moved up through the Nintendo systems, Playstation, DreamCast, now have XBox and my PC. Got into RPG's when hubby turned me on to Final Fantasy games 6 years ago. Got absolutely addicted to Morrowind when it came out. After that, hubby bought me SWG for Christmas 2003 and I could not put it down. Became the mayor of the second largest metro on Tempest Galaxy (Crystal Creek Valley, Dantooine for anyone who wants to know). Gave up spot as mayor and moved to Ahazi where I opened Yen Yang Imaging Solutions supplying image design and tailoring (had my own line of Star Wars Heros Outfits which simulated outfits worn through out all the movies). However, as fun as it was, there were bugs and issues that just werent being addressed so i moved on to EQII. Played it for 5-6 mo and just couldnt get into it. I really liked the community of SWG and you had nothing to do in solo play other than craft, which I detested the crafting system of EQII. Well, that leads me back to GW and the end of that novel

- Total gaming experience I am 34 years old and have played anything from an Atari 2600, Turbo Graphx 16, Nintendo, Sega, Playstation, Xbox and PC. I am also involved in Wargaming (D&D, 40k, etc...) and paintball. Not really into the PVP/GVG stuff, just like to get a good group and do the missions or clear out the FOW or UW. I have been to FOW more than the UW but hope to change that. My main character, Vanguard Singorian (E/M, named after a D&D character I played in junior high) is who you will see online most or Almost Honest (W/M). Currently my Necro and Monk are storage closets. I have been playing GW since it was released, purchased a copy within a week of it coming out and I love it.

Who am I? Ribos Aerwyng is the name I'll often be playing as... or Leeroy Shenkins, as of recently.

Class Preference? Ribos is a Mesmer. Leeroy is a warrior/monk (Hey, I needed to make one eventually).

Hours of Play? Sporadic. Whenever I have time. If it matters, I'm on CST.

Days of Play? Again, sporadic. But mostly weekends.

Level of Character? Ribos is level 20, blah blah blah. Leeroy is somewhere around level 10-11 right now.

Type of Play? PvE, mostly, but I don't mind the odd team arena.

Gaming experience: Enough. Couple hundred hours in GW, been playing video games for 12 years now.

Voice Communication: Well, I've got TS, but seriously... not needed for most PvE stuff. My headphones bother my ears after a while.

Other stuff: Idiots need not apply. If I'm a mesmer in PvE, don't think I'm not doing anything. But for the love of God, keep those freakin' tanks off me in PvP. Ribos is a Domination shutdown mesmer, not an IW. That's my biggest pet peeve... when people forget that I'm a squishy target. I also have a tendency to use sarcasm quite a bit in the chat... just something to keep in mind. I normally go with Henchies due to the difficulty in forming a decent PUG, but if anyone needs an extra mesmer for a PvE run of some kind, feel free to ask me!
