IMO if you set a min price and someone meets it you are be obligated to sell it to them. this is even worse than all of the people that have the "hidden reserves" so they have a way out of the auction if they don't get 10 times what something is worth. Just an observation not meant as a flame but silly rules like this could really explain the huge amount of offers that you have here.

typically, a min price is set to get ppl to bid. setting a min bid of 2k is fine if the least u'll take is, say, 10k.

i.e. min bid 2k, reserve of 10k or hidden reserve, b/o 20k
