Bleached bones

I was exploring the desert today and i came across some devourers round some wreckage. Naturally i saw wreckage and thought booty but i found a skele next to it and it was holding a book aobut elonains. Sorry if this has come up before but has this have any revelance to a quest or something? BTW i found him out near elona reach.

There are many bleached bones scattered aroudn the desert. I suppose they are just there for intrigue. They don't really do anything.

Yeah, they just add a little atmosphere to the desert, very effectively too...Kinda creepy, some of them are.

actually. If you "talk" to all of them in the prgression of the story that they tell.....naw just kiddin, cant back anything like that up.

That WOULD be kinda cool though, if the same character names kept popping up, their numbers slowly dwindling until somewhere out in the middle of the desert somewhere you found some sort of a "I'm the only one left..." message. Although I do like it the way it is right now too, as a bunch of unrelated vignettes from past groups meeting their doom in the wastes.

I think I saw the "im the only one left..." one... somewhere...

Some of them fill in the story gaps of the Elonians and what happened to them, some are really sad too. I have also seen something like "I am the last one..."

Some are also warnings, such as the one for the worms. There is a bleached bone somewhere that tells the story of how a worm devoured the leader of a group, surely enough a few steps away worms start popping up.
