Its still follows S&D, and the prices rise and fall accordingly. Just go there and see what they are going for, lower your price a bit, and then sell.
I think the dye and materials traders are awesome. They are outlandishly overpriced but it makes it so people cant charge insane amounts for dyes. This actually makes a better S&D system, and its more capitalistic. If some guy is trying to overcharge you for something you point out that you can get it for a lesser price from a NPC and they will lower their price or lose a sale. I think it is a great idea.

Otherwise, you can get a belt pouch from either one of two Collectors in pre-Searing. One wants Skale fins, and the other wants worn belts (I think three of each). The fin guy is easier, he's directly outside the gates of Ascalon City. Belt pouches are all he offers, to all characters.
