4 + 1 Character Slots

I started getting into PvP this weekend, thanks to PvPX, but I already have 4 PvE characters, none of which I want to delete. Two of them were suitable for 4v4 arena, and I messed with my builds all weekend long which was also fun.

However, I would've liked to try some other primary professions... the 4 slots max is a real PITA, but maybe adding a permanent single PvP slot would benefit primary PvE players out there who want to play some PvP?

ANet must have some fundamental reason for not expanding the number of slots beyond 4... because I can think of no sane reason why you would pick 4 when there are 6 primary professions... so instead give us a single PvP-only character slot.

Be prepared for the flames that say to just get used to it,or to just have 3 PVE slots and a PVP character. I don't program so I don't know why they have a 4 character limit instead of 6 or 8, and there may be a very good reason for it, but I see no harm in asking for more character slots if it is possible, particularly since there is a level limit of 20. I love playing different types of characters, and would hate to find in the next expansion lots of yummy warrior goodness, when I had to delete my warrior to create another character.

they stated that chapter 2 would have new professions and maybe a new playable race.

Or you can play WoW with less classes, but 8 races and 8 character slots. But then again, its PvP pretty much blows...

"Go play WoW" has got to be the most unoriginal line nowadays. Everywhere I see a thread with a suggestion for GW I see "Go play WoW".
