If he's not an idiot, he's farming UW. It's just as easy as it was before.

105 monks are pretty much dead meat, but 55's can still do fine

No, that's a W/mo and next to him is a W/E and a W/R and a W/N and a monk that doesn't have 5 runes and a Fire Ele and... Is anyone else finding it impossible to get groups for FoW? It was already impossible for Non-Rangers (That includes monks) to go to UW. The 8 person pug is just a complete joke now.

Please make henchmen for UW and FoW

actually, over the past weekend, i made about 8-9 trips to the FoW(im a W/mo) granted, i did take 2 friends from my guild with me once, and another time 2 other friends of on top of that, and on about 2 trips, i had a monk from my guild with me as well. either way, whether with 2 people or 6, i found a full group(with 2 monks)in under 10 minutes.


but maybe thats the real secret, make some friends. when you(unlike many players) arnt a total annoying asshole, people tend to want to hang around you, both in r/l and GW.

Oddly enough, I don't have trouble going to UW at all with my W/Me. I make my own groups and pay for it myself. You just have to recruit right.

I think Sandman was calling for a nerf to 55/105 Monks before the patch and thinks they were. Yet you can still do it just as easily.

I wouldn't say 8 man PUG's are dead. I would say that you only find them for FoW these days. Solo monks or no, nobody takes a full group into the UW anymore. Everyone just wants to run smites then leave to do it again. And you don't need a solo monk to run a 4 man smite.

That said, I've had a lot of fun in 8 man FoW PUG's. My last 3 trips we've cleared the Temple of War each time. Good times, good shards, and good XP.
