You can buy it from Ephaz in Beetletun.

Lol.. this skill must suck. This one is like Dark pact, though you have to TOUCH your target with this one, and you only deal 10 more dmg as max.

So bring both Dark Pact and Touch of Agony, put on Dark Aura, and alternate between the two sacrificial skills. You want to be next to whomever you're attacking anyway for this kind of damaging, because it gets so much better with Dark Aura to damage everything adjacent to you every time you sacrifice life.

For a warrior this skill is awesome to have when your secondary is nec. 3/4 cast,
and decent cost.

+ the damage negates armor.

Also remember that since this one is a skill, not a spell, it bypasses things like Backfire and Guilt.
