This is a great spell. I'm surprised at the lack of comments on this skill. Warriors are charging at you madly, drop this on them, run like 5 feet. Drop a damage dealing skill run a few more steps. Repeat. This is actually better for organized pvp or gvg. It is a very strategic skill, perfect for protecting monks from incoming warriors. Use it in PvP.

must be coordinated. If any pyromancers, flameslinging rangers, or fire-weapon wielders attack this foe, it's over. Even harder to prevent, if a Greater Conflagration spirit is lying around, as any physical attacks will negate the effect as well.

But yeah, 66% slow is good.
