Skill trainer?

I've been looking through the skill trainers and i cant find a single one that can teach me obsidian flame, its kind of essential in my build. Anyone have any ideas where its at?

if it is really nice it might be a SoC item from a boss

Skill trainers are pretty much... gone.

Looks like we unlock all our skills now from various quests around the explorable areas. (If you get to the next "city" zone, the trainer should be able to teach you everything you missed from the last area.)
