Spirit Spam in Arena

Now spirit spam has made its way into 4v4.

I'd have to say... you have the ugliest HUD setup... ever.

It's just different. =P Opinions on it are always extreme. 'OMG THATS SO AWESOME' or 'OMG THATS SO NOT AWESOME'. Anyway, I'm just too polish to look at more than one part of the screen at once

So? The first thing you like to know is how you allowed this to happen? Me and 3 others came across and sprint spamming and quickly took the nublet out. If there are that many on the field then your doing something wrong.

Unlike the tombs the arenas are much smaller, and base on setup time, its fairly easy to shutdown sprint spammers.

On another interesting note, why are you complaining... correct me if I'm wrong but that clearly shows that YOU ARE the sprint spammer, look at your skill bar... lol.

Yah, I got tired of random monks so I got two other spammers and we did it up in arena with a good healer.

EDIT:
That's the point. I brought it into arena and said 'fix oathshot' at the beginning of each match. Nearly every time somebody asked me 'why?'. Now we know. =P

BTW, I wasn't the only one spamming in random tonight. The two others in the group and a few others from IRC decided to play along. We went around in random showing people how stupid QZ, fertile, and oathshot are.

EDIT (again):
I can still see just fine. Actually, my interface size is on small, I just consolidated everything. The only time you need to see anything anyway is when you're target calling (panning and calling over-extended targets). Even then, my interface does me fine. So =P.

You know, the funny thing is they didn't say a single thing in local chat. Well, not until the very end when just one of them said 'bye'. For 50 minutes they hacked away at our spirits, nobody went afk, nothing. Very impressive.

Nice one your a griefer... I would have countered you sprint spamming crap right back to hell where it belongs... and I'm a ranger.

Hmm, I believe the reason he is griefing is to get more public awareness to the plague that is spirit spamming in the hopes ANet will do something about it.

holy crap....someone touched upon the real problem with spirit spamming and NR? Finally someone that realizes that the spirits aren't overpowered(including Nature Renewal)...it's OATH SHOT that's overpowered

First statement:
1) I'm not a griefer, I'm just burning time and pointing out obvious skill imbalances at the same time.

2) Muddy terrain.

3) Learn to play more than one class... you think I spirit spam all day?

Second statement:

1) Why black out my skills? Are spirit spammers super-secret builds now?

Look at the party screen in the second batch of SS's. =)

I tried spirit spam twice in random arena (testing out builds, seeing if it was at all interesting), and I found spirit spam gets kind of boring

Our guild ended a spirit spam in tombs in about 10 minutes last night. I really dont see how its effective. Unless of course it was a bandwagon group.

My HUD setup is similar so I have a pretty good idea.
