Bugged Axe? Picture Inside

Some guy in LA dis 1 was spamming this "bugged axe." No I didn't buy it, he said c/o was 40k. So is this actually bugged or he scamming? It has min damage of 7 when max is 6.

Obviously it has no real value it terms of use, just a collector's item.

Um...that makes no sense. 19-35 is max damage on hammers and yes it's possible to get 18-35 which is LOWER. You cannot get 20-35. There is a set max minimum...Swords 15, Bows 15, Axes 6, Hammers 19.

I have a 7-20 axe.. I asked around, I heard it was *extremely* rare.

There are a few weapons which have +1 minimum dmg but dont have max dmg. meaning u have 16-24 bows or 7-19 axes. Its just that minimum dmg is boosted by a little.
