You go south of the Temple of Ages, into a region with numerous level 20~ish monsters, and to a cliff near a floating castle type thing, just to kill one person @_@
The bodyguards around him are worse than he is....
If in need, just follow the green arrow on your compass
I would heavily recommend starting the party in the Temple of Ages, as the member limit there is 8 people as opposed to the conventional 6 in other outposts

Yes, that is almost a must with lower level players. i recommend coming back doing it after you hit The Oasis for some ok armor. Don't jump on it at level 12-15. Save yourself the trouble.
Temple of Ages is best found my someone running ya.
What do you do ? *Spoiler* warning.
You run basically through some swampy areas, with degen. You hit some undeads and some big melee guys untill you get to the coast. Once at the coast you kill a bunch of guys on the hillside. Level 24 mobs. Then kill the boss and you are done...
You know though, I always wondered just who IS Galrath, anyways? And what's he want with the Wizard's Tower? Seriously, is there ANY kind of backstory or information about who the hell Galrath is and why he's out in the boonies hanging out near a floating tower and a whole bunch of necromancer followers(the verata's guys)?
Galrath is a betrayer, and he's going to steal nifty l3wt? That's what I surmised from the quest description.
Anyways, I first did this quest on my 17 ranger/monk. I didn't know ToA existed, so we did it with 6 people. We travelled the breadth of the land until we reached the Black Curtain, we moved with caution, as enemies assailed us many times. We got slapped in this part. A lot. Finally we made it to a small forested area inhabited by Minotaurs. This was a breeze, and we zoned. We made it through the swamp, to a clearing with many minotaur mobs. We were carefully led through this dangerous area without a single mob finding us. We made it to the far hilly side, and approached the descent approaching the tower slowly. Here's where it got fun. Verata minions are a BIG pain. With plenty of 60DPs, and me acting as a monk.. Well, we eventually changed our plan to lead the Verata followers to the minotaurs and let them play. What a great plan. After that it's downhill and simple. We took a moment to observe the conquered landscape, added eachother to friend list, and departed.
