Please Help PC: Near Perfect Axe

Sundering Great Axe of Enchanting:

Max dmg,

req 12 axe mastery,

+14% while health above 50%,

10 % chance of Armor Penetration,

18% longer enchantments

Please let me know what I can get for this

75k for the sundering mod
50k for the 14% hp>50%? <----not sure

but should be well over a 100k

honestly you will only find people who would probably buy it for the pen mod, not many people are interested in the 14>50 that much anymore, most want max. So i would say like 80k-100k.
