You'd think Ghostly Staves would salvage for something other than wood planks.

...I mean, how do you get wood planks from ethereal...things?

got my one for 27k, great thing. It does fit to my look but really, staffs needs some flames or glows, swords/bows/axes get all the cool stuff

Let's just say i'm 17 wood planks richer.

i will pay more for the staves than the merchant will.
divine favour appears to be a very rare req. (only found 2) if i get another one i shall set it aside for you.
even monks who don't solo it outnumber the number of members of other classes that find them. 5 staves from 3 normal monks and 2 staves from all other classes put together. (i know because i ask the monks and 2 said: monks can solo underworld? and the other said: don't know the build and don't have the money anyway.

Wait wait, there is a market for ghostly staves? Oh geez, should have known that. By the way people, underworld is not the ONLY place to get these things. There is another one in Dreadnought.

well kinda sorta... they look cool and so some people want to buy them. however they are technically not all that good (only go to +10 energy) so the people who find them most often salvage them or sell them to a merchant.
making them very hard to get hold of.
hmmm Dreadnought's Drift eh? bit of a long way to go though... its easier to fight through 20 Aatxes than to fight through Snake Dance.

Yeah, but over at europe where we used to have no favor for a real long time it was the only place to get those. And by the way, as soon as you're there you can just rezone

i'm interested by this however my target is not to get lots of ghostly staves. it is to save those staves destined for the salvage kit or merchant.

(I agree that it is strange that they salvage into wood. i thought dust more appropriate but then that would be worse.)

rofl... pruning has to be THE lamest mod in existance. i mean:
i'm wielding garden shears of pruning. i mean come on! but it does give you an advantage in the wilds and such.

staves update: i have a collection of staves for blood, death, earth, curses, smiting, and maybe a few other. pm me in game (only as Mildred please she is the one with the staves and the great big heart... glod couldn't give a toss )

i agree i salvage all mine as well but you can let me know if i should keep them for you

keep them indeed.... however space is becoming short and money even shorter... my service may need to be scaled down somewhat... it is almost impossible to find a hoe for a staff of req. 11 or more. so regrettibly these weak characters cannot be allowed accounted for.

Dont knock divine favour... every good healing monk should have high DF..... what thats got to do with smiting or pruning F... knows!!!!! :-)

ill be happy to adopt a staff with healing,protect,or divine favor req.and max dmg with decent mods.just add me to friends or pm me here.

I would like to get my hands on one of those. Even if I can't use it. I'm looking for a perfect 20/20 hoping for gold, but anything would be nice, air, req doesn't matter, mods don't really matter. If you've got one, I would like one. I've already got a nice shadow staff, a ghostly staff would also look nice.
