You can buy it from Quarrel Falls or Henge of Denravi. Or you could do The Last Hog quest outside of Ascalon Settlement(kinda near Bergen Hot Springs). It's probably my favorite quest to do(it's the one where you chase the pig back to Farmer Dirk)

probably one of the main skills of the battery necromancer. use this on a monk and poof. they have 7 energy regeneration. enough to heal you lickity split. i like this much more than blood is power because this isnt an elite and it sacrfices MUCH less
