After I try to complete my account on the last step I get a message saying

Guild Wars was unable to complete the operation.

Please try again in a few minutes. (Err=4)

Anyone know what wrong? Thanks in advance

the servers arent up i think thats the issue ...wait till its pre-release time and attempt again and you will probably get somewhere ...thats what im gonna do

Another forum just put up a thread stating that a patch was released to fix some errors when entering the pre-order keys.
try again to see if it is fixed.

well it did update but i still get error=4

You will not be able to play untill midnight tonight, PST. At Midnight, you will no longer recieve the error, and will be able to log on and play. Please read the Stickies.
