someone on these forums was looking for one of these, he was paying hefty

i got 60k for a similar one with +12% dmg ench and 8 req only and 17% llonger enchantments, yours has higher req and higher +% dmg enchanted

id say 50-60k maybe more if you reaaaaly search for a guy lookin for this
