Black is Back! *but at what price?*

Woohoo, black dye is up to 40k! I wish I would have bought it low...I could have made a fortune. Oh well, there is always next time.

I feel old. I remember when it was 500g or less.

I'm so glad I've never sold any of my dye. Its all in my storage 10+ of each normal kind. 7 silvers. 4 blacks. yum!

Yeah the dye trader buys for wicked cheap then sells for real high. Remind me of the times I try to trade in a used game to EBGames. They give you $5 and sell the thing for 3x that. Jerks. Not worth it.

I wonder why orange dye never goes up in price? Even if absolutely nobody liked orange, they would still buy it when the second cheapest dye cost 1plat*...

Try more like, 2K. His buying price is about 1/10th of his selling, if that. Maybe even less. Like someone said, Silver dye is selling for 3K and being bought for 42 gold.

Now I hate myself for selling my dye a while back...

Bah, saving my silver for my Droks armor for my ele. A silver/yellow blend looks badass on the ele armor, imo. Rich looking.

Thank goodness I already got my black a few weeks ago.... it was around 6-7k per. This morning I took a screen of it at 39k. I have 10k in my vault. It seems really messed up to me that 1 black dye is costing about the same as two pieces of 15k armor. Imagine if I wanted to buy some now... *shudders*

OMG What the hell has been happening, I've been away for five days and I come back to see the prices have gone through the roof! 7K for Silver Dye! Not just dyes but runes too, i had a Superior Divine Favor i was trying to sell last week for 8K and now they sell for 43K. When did this happen?

Monk runes skyrocketed with the popularity of the Protective Bond builds that require dropping your life total as much as possible.

No idea what's up with the dye, though.

It seems quite a few people have been selling their black dyes to the trader when they had chance to. Because last night, it was up to 40k, and the trader bought it back at around 6k. Now he buys it for 3.5k and sells at 26k. =P
