The reason it isn't worth any more than that is because it has neither a perfect dmg mod nor a perfect req. and that is what will get the huge offers.

500k or thereabouts is what it is worth unless you find someone that REALLY wants it and has the cash to back it up with some insane offer.

A 15>50 req. 13 Chaos went for around 900k here a few weeks back.

A 15>50 req. 8 Chaos would be well over 1.5 mil I would say.

A 15 always -5 Energy Chaos would probably be worth in the mil range.
