pc on sundering flamberge of fortitude

I am new to trading weapons but I know I found something really good. Could any one tell me how much to sell this for?

The sword have perfect mods, but the damage +13% in stance is not what people are looking for. The best mod w/ the sword, not the hilt or pommel, is +15%dmg above 50% health. If that sword had that mod, it could sell for 500k, or somewhere around there. My advise is to sell as is, and good some good money on the chance of people salvaging the sword to get the 100k hilt or pommel, or salvage it yourself, which is risky, but if you get the hilt of pommel, you could sell for 100k. Overall, its nice tho.
