Is it true u can get 100 blades (elite) from Gorgaan Hatemonger from the breach? (he is a charr)

or did an update change this?

You used to be able to, but you can't anymore. They took off elites from bosses before the Crystal Desert. It's been this way for a while now.

If i remember correctly the only place to get it now is offf undead rurik in hells precipice.

bah, guess i'll have to beat the game in order to get it...

btw, is Hell's Precipice as hard as thunderkeep? cuz that was really annoying

No, it's much easier, just very long. Just make sure you have a designated puller.

the only reason it was made elite was to nerf iW builds, which have been duly shafted by nr and general enchant awareness/removal. Thus, blades is uselessly elite.

Hell's Precipice; Ring of Fire island chain. Arrive there after completing Thunderhead Keep in the Southern Shiverpeaks.

This mission also contains the only Fire Magic Elite, Mind Burn.

Hundred Blades is unpopular because of targets having to be adjacent for the damage to spread to them. It's quite a good PvE skill; if you don't mind not tanking as well.
