one arrow down. enchantments

As for monk enchantments, if three arrows on the energy bar was normal, but four lowering energy enchantment was worn, would it still nullify everything and make it no arrow or would the arrow point leftwards?

It would result in 1 arrow of Energy Degeneration(left arrow).
