What build will you go with day one?

And why will you choose it?

Mes/Nec, so that hopefully someone will blindly accuse me of being stupid for picking such a unPVEable class combo. :P

im gonna go with an illusionary warrior build for PvP

ellie monk

Going with a Wa/Mo build that me and my guildmates thought up.

First Necro/Ele, with death and probably fire because thats the easiest in the beginning (may change based on available skills). Then I'll make a ranger warrior, beginning as a bow user plus frenzy, and later on transitioning to melee when some good stances are available. Finally I'll play a monk/mes so I can take a healer into pve and to get the rest of the skills I want for pvp. I'll reserve the last slot for pvp and it will probably change frequently depending on what is needed for the team.

if with the "new classes" gaile grey said there will be has a martial artist, im gonna be a martial artist monk. otherwise im goin Warrior/Monk. hes a good tank.

i will be going monk/necro build.

spitefull spirit will be my elite as soon as i can get it. untill then, ill remain as a healer.

i choose this becuase i wanted to try out my monk/necro solo build i have setup for looting riverside.

1. Ele/Mes: Been playing that the last few BWE's. Very nice skills, but I change them a lot to see what they do and haven't decide yet on my favorite skillbar.
2. Ele/Mo: This one I made as a backup Monk and I liked it a lot
3. Ra/Nec: Last BWE I tried one of the builds I saw on some website (not sure which one it was) and I had fun playing with it. Only thing I sucked at, was making minions, so hard to aim at those corpses

warrior/necro - blood and sword

why:
*its proven itself a good pvper
*i can get all the skills instead of hving to spend time with charms
*i actually have a set of skills in for it

*all these add up for making a good pvper and fast!!

Warrior/Mesmer

Mesmer/something. Still can't choose between a Monk secondary (Resurrection, smiting for PvE) or a Warrior (Getting in melee is fun, but I doubt my IW will last long in GvG... Anyone?).

After that, probably a Monk of some sorts.

I was going W/E. But this past BWE I tried a N/W and I loved it. So I will be going N/W for release.

Gotta go with Ranger primary...secondary monk.

mesmer / monk

Argh, such a tough decision.

Either an air/earth elementalist, a mesmer (probably with different skill sets for PvE and PvP) or a healing monk, possibly with protection, too. I might be leaning towards the elementalist. As for secondary, not sure at the moment.

I actually will go mes/nec even though i didn't find it amazing for PvE i am chosing this for PvP because thats what i will be doing most. I will just take what ever spells can do some good damage at the start and when i get to 20 i will use attribute refunds and make a new build.
