Right Clicking people should be added to Guild Wars

after you right click have a dandy list pop up that has a few options
1. Read User Created Bio:
for grouping purposes you can see what type of monk they are or whatnot, so there is non of that "man we need a healer" "well i thought you were a healer" "no im a smiter"
2. Read a Guild Bio made by the guild leader
3. Send a Whisper
4. Join
5. Trade

although these can be done other ways, it would be a whole lot better IMO to have it on a pop up list that is easy to access.

Good job! I like it alot! It would be good if it worked on their name too, in the chat or something like it anyway. Very good idea!

Seconded. So long as I didn't get to in the way of camera turning. For instance I go to turn my camera, but I accidentily click a person.

Make it so that even if you click a person, you can still "freewheel" the camera.

y not, since right click is the camera, have it hover ur mouse over their name/character and press soemthing like b for BIO and from in the bio it has what guild they are in, the skills they currently have set etc etc

Not the skills, that's not right. That's part of the surprise in PVP not knowing. Just the info they want to give, if't it's empty it's empty, but definitely not the skills unless they want that published. Sure knowing what monk is what is a nice feature but if everyone does it then where's the fun of the battle really? Strategy is easy with that kinda instant intel. Not so without it. hehehe Makes the whole challenge etc really nice. Imagine seeing some warrior spamming a group of spells, say you notice 6 and nothing else. You have to gamble if he's got a rez signet or not in your next move, especially with a relatively balanced battle. See, though I am not into PVP, I have done some and know how cool it is not to know and to have to adjust in the battle. It'd be boring PVP if everyone knew everyones skill set before they used em all.

ok i can agree with that, didnt think of that, maybe a user related part where the person can place something such as healer, tank, etc

i dont think skills should be shown, and all that is in the bio is what the character chooses to have, ie:

"my name is [Insert Name Here] and i am a monk and my main line is healing. i dont do much else but i make a usefull companion"

and of course as not to inerfere with the camera, you need to click on the person and then right-click.

I think it's unnecissary. You can already left click someone and then click the trade button and click them to join their party. It would also make the game feel like a glorifyed RuneScape.

I'm all for it, right click for RP bio, playing style, etc.

Right click is currently the most important button why are you trying to change it? Left click is more useless then Right Click in battle. Left click =! Circle Strafe.

That's right, I've completely forgotten what the current right click does.

Regardless, I wouldn't mind a way to see someone's self description.

I just think you should be able to select them by clicking there name on the chat screen, and wisper them by double clicking.

Its a good idea, I'm definatly used to having this sort of thing. An inspect is always cool. IMO whats the point of having kick ass equipment if know one can see that you have it? Mabe thats just because I'm a show off, but I think most people enjoy looking at others gear.

i only care to know what lvl the person is currently at (in PVE) so that when searching for a companion to quest with, I can choose someone with a similar area.

It could simply be attached to the "trade" screen when you left click on someone (TOP MIDDLE) . War/Mon 6 .. and NOT above peoples heads in PVE, because then it will clutter things up.

If you guys want to have BIOS and your email and your sign, and etc...
I think it would change the game from, "here is some action, lets go battle" to something more...Oh I dunno.... fruity??

Sort of tangential to the right-clicking for whisper and finding groupies...

1) It would be nice if you could pull up a character list for the district you're in. It can be incredibly annoying to try and click on names while people are running around behind scenery in a highly-populated area.

2) It would be nice if clicking on an outgoing whisper defaulted your message the same way clicking on an incoming whisper did. I'm all for keyboarding, but it seemed odd to me to have half of that installed.

i agree on the bio thing. After all you either make a PvP or RPG character... why should I have to serach for a biography posted on a forum or a website to view that characters background?

But other than that I fail to see much use to it really.

Great idea. But right-clicking should not be limited to other chars, as there are lots of other places I was right-clicking and expecting to see some options: Monsters, items, NPCs, etc.

For monsters, for example, you might have these options:
Attack alone
Group attack
NPC-only attack
Target only
Info (limited of course to some basic info, but yet enough to better plan a strategy)

You could also add monsters to a target cue, so that tab (or some other button) cycles between those in the cue only, and ignores other monsters on the map.
