To repeat it once again. The req is quite high, swords do sell better than hammers, so I would not expect prices over 100k, at least definitely not for such a hammer and for constant DMG-bonus every serious hammerite would prefer 15% to substitute the -5 energy loss. No weapon is godly anyway.
