Quest for Health -20 wand

anyone know of a quest, or a collector, that gives you as a reward a wand that does Health -20

bump.

I haven't heard of any wand like that. Do you mean it lowers your health by 20 or your foe's health by 20?

I've gotten weapons that lower your health by 20-30 HP before, but I always dismissed them ^^

I mean, who wants that?

according to the little weapon modifiers thing over at gwonline, a wand/weapon can't 'spawn' with a - health mod, but foci can.

i've got a minus 20 hp scroll

the cities of ascalon quest gives you a weapon with -50 hp

It's not actually a weapon that you get from the Cities of Ascalon quest but a -50HP offhand item. It's tied to Necro Blood Magic, but you can still get +3 energy with it and it has a number of +energy modifiers as well. As far as a weapon with -HP, I haven't seen one.

yeah I've got that thing, and 55 health, but thats not good enough I want 35... so either a focus that does -70 or a wand that does -20... either will be good
