Where's Captain Greywind?

Sorry to bother with this, but it was a long time ago, and I cant find the Ascalon Settlement(not city) and Captain Greywind. Can anyone tell me what city to leave from/direction? Many thanks for any help.

There's a quest outside lion's arch that will point you in the right direction.

Captain Greywind = Apply poison!!!! A ranger's good friend. lol
