New Utility Released by the Reno Brothers
"The Edge" (release version 0.9.0) is a Guild Wars utility where you test builds against various enemies. You can word-search for skills, sort for the most powerful and adjust your attributes, armor and weapons. Skill purchase locations are listed & it's database is easily updated. You can get it now at the Sovereign Legion download page:

You're welcome. We are working on casting time (I love the Mesmer) as well as other damage calculations. I think it's worth having just for the skill "google" search.

Great program, but I'm finding alot of problems with it.
Final Thrust doesn't do double damage below 50% health.
Sever Artery doesn't cause DoT.
Illusionary Weaponry only does the base weapon damage.
In addition to this I would suggest being able to select wand as a weapon.
I look forward to future updates. This program will be extremely useful once the kinks get ironed out.

Just as a general rule, and especially on the Internet, if it sounds like someone just said something wrong, first reread and make sure there isn't an alternate interpretation that makes more sense. (It's called "The Principle of Charitable Interpretation"; it's basically the opposite of making a straw-man.)

We were able to re-create the screen problem and come up with a fix. I'd appreciate it if you could try it out. Here's what you would need to do:
- If you haven't already, run the full Edge installer
- Unzip the following into your program files\the_edge folder to overwrite the old The_Edge.exe: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/g.reno...he_EdgeDPI.zip
- Run the program. The screen will still be distored, but that's ok
- Select the View -> Options menu
- Check the box next to "Auto Correct for DPI?" and click OK
- Exit the program
- Run the program again. It should adjust the screen for your DPI settings.
It isn't perfect, but it should be pretty close. However, this will only work for a DPI of 120, but it seems like that's the most common alternate DPI setting.
Thanks for the other suggestions. We are working on all of them...
