Strength of Honour

Does strength of honour get added to warrior attack skills such as cyclone axe/executioner's strike etc.?

Whilst I'm on the subject, does this apply to conjure element as well?

Bit confused here.

Strength of honor gets added to all melee hits. Anytime your weapon contacts the enemy, it works. Same with conjure.

Before or after the damage modifers?

Damage from Conjure will be reduced by the enemy's armor.
Strength of Honor will always give you the amount listed.

I'm pretty sure the only things that affect Strength of Honor are protection spells like shielding hands.
