Supercalifragilisticexpealidocious! I've knocked my socks off I'm so excited! The best game to date ever, IMO! What makes it even better is that they kept their release date as promised! So many games just can't handle the pressure... but for their first, NCSoft and Anet sure pulled the rabbit outta the hat!

I wish I didn't have to work Fri. - Mon. this coming weekend (and take a Border Patrol test on Monday as well... *exhausted*) but at least I will be there for the first 3 days (Wed. - Fri.) and then I'll be on whenever work doesn't get in my way!

Congrats NCSoft and Anet! Speaking for all of us... we're all looking forward to the ENTIRE game and the parties ahead!

Thanks for posting that adam.skinner. 6 months of BWEs and here it is. Gratz to the staff at Arena.net for succeding in their effort to keep to the schedule. It's nice to see a company appreciate their market momentum.

We all need to thank the Alpha and Beta, testers which includes most if not all the admins and contributors to GWG, as well as thank each other for playing in the BWE's, making bug reports, posting our suggestions and ideas, etc.

Together we expedited what we all know would have taken another...ahem name not to mention software company twice as long to produce, with 5 times more bugs, and no one to talk to about it. And we'd be paying a monthly fee while they finish the game for another year!

Stevie Wonder can see that GW will be a winner , I got to play it on Noob weekend (I was the Noob) It was out of site. Can't wait till the release date ,well I guess I have to wait, but hurry up the 28th or is it the 27th. perhaps its the 26th. Just wishful thinking.

huh, i think that guy's wording is kinda odd. he makes it sound like any update/patches are going to be fee based. Wonder if anyone can correct him, or at least make him word it better.

ahm no he isnt/wasnt. he's saying that *a different company* that *we all know which* would have charged a monthly fee for gw *if they had made it* and on top of that, give us a half-finished product and still charge us.

wether or not it is true.. *shrugs* but that's what *he* was saying. kapish?

I thought you meant it went gold as in the number of sales. You know how after a certain number it goes platinum then if it continues and hits a certain higher number, it goes gold?

It says allot to constomers that Areanet is keeping its word. It means that this would apply to Areanets other promises as well.
Its a great day indeed.

although, you realize they are probably still working as hard as ever. the CD doesn't have much on it... maybe the client and some other stuff.

But that little CD, Or at least the key on the CD, means countless hours of fun.
