PC: High HP Mods and Others

Hey I'm new to these forums, and I really just need some help with these items, I don't want to be ripped off...

Anyways, some upgrades:
Shocking Sword Hilt
Shocking Hammer Haft
Sundering Hammer Haft (10/9)
Sundering Bow String (10/7)

And a Few Items:
Gladius of Fortitude
15-22 Damage (9 req)
+18% damage while health < 50%
+29 HP (Mostly valuable for the only mod on it, +29 HP)






Any help on any of the items would be very much apreciated, as I am pretty much in the dark. Thanks in advance if anyone is kind enough to help me!

the upgrades range from 500 gp to about 1000gp. Thsword is for salvaging. 25k as is, 60k for the pommel.

Thank you very much for the help, though I'm still curious about the +28 HP Bow Grip, The War Hammer (Spiky cool one ) with 15>50 and two mods. (Both are pictured). Also, I just found a 5/1 vampiric bow string, may I please have a price check on those? Thanks again!

Thank you very much, I almost sold it for 100k I think i can get more. Anyways, does anyone know about the rest of my stuff? Also disregard the bow, I tried to salvage and got the string.
