What is the best weapon or weapon/focus for an E/Mo

I am currently an E/W eagerly awaiting the ascencion to me an E/Mo. I have this fire staff:

Hale Fire Staff of Fortitude
+10 energy
Fire Dmg 11-22
Increases casting speed using smiting skills (chance 17%)
Health +12
Health +21

What is the best staff or wand/artifact combo in the game?

It all depends on what skills you're using. There is a staff head that grants additional energy which is nice, but I prefer the wand/artifact combo that gives 20% recharge(wand)/20% recharge 20% casting speed +12 energy(artifact). Note that these stats are all for a single element line only. These can be found at some of the collectors in the desert. There's a great thread on this forum that gives a map of the desert collector locations, if you're interested.

Well i like my collectors fire wand +15 energy and flame artifcat +22 energy. This with my high energy storage gives me 103 energy. The only problem is they give -2 regen.
