Quest: "Blood and Smoke" in Maguuma

Where can this be bought?

It can be bought from the skill trainer in Amnoon Oasis.

It can also be purchased at the Forge.
But the quest you get it for is SO easy, theres really NO reason to do that, lol.

It's dmg part of the effect is worded really badly in relation to what it actually does.

It Does normal dmg on a normal hit, and PLUS upto 25 dmg when hitting someone casting a spell.

Someone reading it for the first time will probably think it does no dmg, but it atleast does 25 if it hits a spell. Thats what the desp. would imply.
