Hypothetical situation....... if i have enchantments on myself and 3 teammates that im maintaining... and then i cast COP ... will it remove all 4 enchantments even though technically 3 of them are not "on me".

Fun Fact: There was a time when Contemplation of Purity's targeting animation was broken, and even though it still was cast on yourself, if you were targeting someone else at the time you cast it, the animation would take place on them instead.
As for CoP, if you're running an enchant build, go for it I guess, as long as you're not trying to maintain anything important on yourself. Builds with things like an Order buffer synergize with this well; You don't need orders on a monk, so you can turn them into cheap healing and condition+hex removal.
