Any thoughts or is it just salvage fodder?

Cant salvage offhand items, crazy high hp but also very high req. Too bad its illusion, if it was domination that would sell for crazy amounts.

(Not sure on exact value since I havent checked into mesmer items).

As for the requirements, yeah, it's that weird stuff you see coming out lately: INSANELY high requirements to get the benefit. 13 in illusion?

Anyhow, might be a mesmer or two who's out there and interested.

Any price checks from people who are 'into' mesmer stuff?

I'd use it on my own Me/Mo but she's domination.
