One of my guildies told me one day that we can goto our options , and switch territories, so I immediantly went to the options , didnt read anything , selected europe , then clicked ok.
After I was done with playing with my Euro Guildies, I went to change back to America.
The next day , I switch ed to euro again! Then switched back to America!
Then the next day , I switched to euro , then that afternoon , I tryed to switch back to american , but it wouldnt let me! So I read the paragraph , and I go "WHAT!"
So now Im stuck in euro...
Anyone think that there should be more times you can switch?
Not for just going to Euro when they have the favor of the gods ..
One thing so I can go back to America.
Give me your thoughts!

It has always been this way, but I do agree they should put a warning there.

There is a warning there. Hes not asking for a warning, but more switches or rechargeable switches.

I vote in favor of regening switches.

Oh, I've never switched before so I didn't realise, I thought the OP wasn't aware of this issue completely.

But yes, it is not that bad to be unable to go to the temple, just go hunt some mursatt for their garments

Maybe gain 1 switch every 24 hours or so up to 4 switches. It would keep people from getting too switch-happy, but not preventing it all together and hurting people like the OP.

This isnt about Temple , I was saying that it isnt like we change Territories to goto Temple for whoever has the gods , I just went to the other territory to play with some guildies!

You can meet with your guildies in international districts to go questing with them, it's really not an issue or a reason to change the account location ... been doing that ever since I started playing.

Erm, Ever heard of the International District??

It's on page 27 of "The GuildWars Manuscripts: Book II - The Challenge".

EDIT: Please don't post saying it's already been mentioned , I was distracted by a phone call that lasted about 20mins.

I think they should at least change the cap to an even number so stuff like this can't happen. Also I think it's more than just that he can't play with his guildies, he also can't interact with any other American's, and seeing as not all Europeans speak English, it may be hard for him to communicate.

It's set at a low number so you can't abuse it. But logically, I would think it would be 4 or 6, not 5. All I can say is read into things like this more before assuming anything.

It's your own fault you missed those HUGE WORDS AND YELLOW NUMBER.

And there is also a thing called international districts.

Personally there isn't a reason for switching territories to play with guildies, just meet in the international districts and play there.

There's a reason for the limit, this I am sure of, and there is a reason for international districts too, so people all around the world can play together WITHOUT switching territories.

Isn't it so you have to wait until your region has to have favor so you can go to fissure and UW instead of switching over and over?

Yeah the limit is designed so that you can't switch around to whichever continent has favor, but I think a timed limit instead of a numerical one would be much better.

Something like every 5 days should be good

We agree. And we did.

When people change regions now, they have a total of four (4) changes, so that with the final one they end up back in their originating region.
