Ok, first off equip whatever armor gives you 16 prot prayers, then equip the protective icon and cast protective bond. It is essential that you get a lvl 17 cast out of it, you will know its lvl 17 by it saying, "you lose 1 energy or the spell ends" rather than 2 from lvl 16. The difference between the two levels is tremendous, with the lvl 17 cast and the other two bonds on, you gain 1 energy for each hit you take. Once you have that up, throw on essence bond, balthazar's spirit, and zealot's fire. You are now ready for battle!
Hi!
I don’t know how rounding works in GW but it would seem logical to me like this:
Protective Bond:
„While you maintain this Enchantment, target ally cannot take more than 5% damage at one time. When Protective Bond prevents damage, you lose 6-3 energy or the spell ends.”
So, at 0 point in PP, you lose 6 energy, at 12 points in PP, you lose 3. This means, in 12 steps the energy loss decreases from 6 to 3, it means 3/12 = 0,25 energy per point invested in PP.
If you continue this pattern, it will give:
2,75 at 13
2,50 at 14
2,25 at 15
2,00 at 16,
and
1,75 at 17
I think there is no way of rounding that gives 1,00 out of 1,75, I was wrong before though.
What is wrong with my calculation?
