Good to use against monks and such.

At Domination 16, the length is 59 seconds.

I've had this cast on me as I was casting meteor shower. I didn't notice that it was on me, needless to say, I wasn't able to cast it for the rest of the match. D:

with a recharge time of only 5 seconds echo + diversion and you can disable an enemys whole skill bar in around 25secs doesnt sounds so great but it means they have to wait 30 seconds before they can do anything else

I combo this spell with Mantra of Recovery.
Around the AB arenas it shuts down just about anything.
From Cripple Shot/Poison Shot spam, Touchers, Protters, Flare Spammers (yes some people do that) and the list goes on...
Very good skill imo.
