I'm not sure I follow...

How is it telling you that no one in the game is an error? To me the errors would be something like Err=7 and the like.

And is that Chaos Axe, Shadow Shield and Full Platemail for your level 12 warrior?

That's a pretty strange error indeed. I saw it imidiatly, never had such a strange error..

I did had an error in Pre-Searing once that I saw a Charr without a name, it's a pitty I didn't take a screenshot of that

It really made me laugh.

I don't think that's an error, if I remember correctly you first find that wolf from a white mantle and that's actually it's name, it's supposed to stick with you or lead you around after Aidan's marks or something like that if I remember correctly.

It's not an error. Snow is Master Seeker Nathaniel's pet (AKA the guy who tells you to follow the Marks of Aidan through that ice cave in Griffin's Mouth to get to Kryta).
