Annoying spammer(s) & maybe a further deterrent.

Well once again "redenginegore" spam is around (sell forum + couple of others), I propose admin sending an abuse complaint to the guys ISP.

(If its the same ISP always, cant know since I havent asked for info & admin does/cannot not give out private info anyway).

Also having a limit on how many threads & posts a new account can make (per day) is another way of doing it but I dont know the limits of the current forum system used. yeah limiting the amount of posts would kinda ruin alot of peoples way of business
