Should i do this?????

i am now playing a N/Mo and i am now in lion's arch, but i am not taking much use of the monk skills. And i am not seeing me doing it later in the game. Now i am thinking of to make a N/ME, but is that a good idea? and what skills should i use then?

Well, i would keep playing with the N/Mo until you can change you're secondary class in the desert. So you wouldn't have waste too much time, and imo, it is easier to play missions with a secondary monk, just for the stupid res

for the skills, it's all depend of what kind of build you are going to make, you better match your skills well etc

You have 4 characters you can make, try one out. If you like it, keep it, if not try something else. This game is all about choices and combinations and the variety available to you is extensive, extreme when you consider skill mixes.

Being a Necro/monk I would think that is a very good combo. Monk skills will become more useful the later you get into the game.
