Character slots

I was wondering if you could arrange the character slots in the way you want.
I know it isn't arranged by name nor by order of creation?
so how do they decide which character goes into which slot in the character creation list?
Here's my account screen..I wanna know if I can change the character order..

Don't know but I made a PvP char once and it rearanged all of my chars.

A few days ago all of my characters were rearranged, how I dont know but it was bloody annoying. The ability to move them round into the order you like is probably a good idea but id says itd be way low on ANs radar. (or in and I havent seen it)

I want to have a slight seperation of my PvP slot froim my PvE characters

Should I rephrase this and add it to the sardelac sanitarium area? since it doesn't exist I guess.
