After flicking around on GuildWiki while waiting for a dragon hat, I came across the Bloodstone page.

Quote:
In the current world of Guild Wars, the locations of the following Bloodstones are known:

* The Bloodstone at Bloodstone Fen in the Maguuma Jungle which can only be accessed through the mission. This stone is under the control of the White Mantle and is used for their ritual sacrifices of the Chosen.

* The Bloodstone at the caldera of the great volcano Abaddon's Mouth, which is used to power the Door of Komalie and keep it locked, probably the keystone.

* At the end of the Dragon's Lair mission Glint says that there is a bloodstone in the Southern Shiverpeaks which the White Mantle planned to sacrifice Evennia and Saidra on.
Now, I've seen the Jungle and the Abaddon's Mouth one. I've yet to find Shiverpeaks one, and I'm not even sure it's in the game.
So, does anyone know where the other 2 are, or where to find the Shiverpeaks one?

For more info (the guildwiki link) look here:

Actually I think the shiverpeak bloodstone was in a screenclip thing. I doubt you can find it though.

Bloodstone of preservation in the Shiverpeaks
Bloodstone of aggression in the jungle
Bloodstone of denial in the desert
Bloodstone of destruction deep in northern charr territory
Keystone at Abbadon's Mouth

What I've always assumed... though remember Tyria refers to the continent and the world, so it's possible they aren't in chapter1 at all. Doubt that though.

actually, in iron mine, about halfway through you hear "help me there are dead bodeies in here" or something like that from a shining blade npc. this is the bonus. Ive never done it but couldent the place with the dead bodies a bloodstone?

I suspect that if there was any other bloodstones in explorable areas (and by that I include missions) someone would have found it already. The impeded resurrection zone is a bit of a giveaway, and even if a stone is in a mission (say Iron Mines or Ice Caves), then surely someone would have done the mission purely for exploration purposes and located it by now.

The exception is that there could be a Bloodstone in Augury Rock, and they may not have bothered to implement the impeded resurrection because there isn't anyone there to resurrect you anyway - although that would probably imply that anyone who died to the Doppelganger should be dead permanently.

do they all have the rez restrited zone? I havent been looking into it much, but that seems to be a giveaway.

draxynnic discussed that just above your post. Either they all have the resurrection restriction, meaning there is only one bloodstone in the explorable area of Tyria, or not all of them have it, which opens up the possibility that there are other bloodstones in the explorable area of Tyria.

Two. Bloodstone Fen, and Hell's Precipice. Both have the resurrection impedance.

Ahhh, thats what we haven't disscussed yet. What if they plan on putting Bloodstones in further chapters? I don't remember correctly, but doesn't the Lore book say that the Bloodstones were scattered around the world?

Just looked in the manual, and it says, "As is ever the case with peace, it came to an end when the volcano erupted, spitting out the five stones and scattering them across Tyria."

It's only slightly more complicated compared to having Cantha the continent and Cantha the nation... @_@
