New quest from Rujiyo

There is a new quest you get in the Monistary from Captain Rujiyo.
Very tough to beat unless you get a good group.
Takes a while to get through it.

We beat it with a War, Ele, Rit, Monk.
Go slow and watch for pops.

For the trouble you get the generous prize of 50 orbs.
They should give godly greens for it.
I rate it at a 90% on the Lame-o-Meter.

its so easy for ppl that know how tanking-luring-surviving works... i dont think that most of the ppl can do this- and 4 man is asking to much for unexperienced ppl and ppl with weak temper... i really dought this willl have anything to do with the aquisition of the mask. if it does i think il start selling my gw stuff lol- got factions 3 days now and i only been swearing on long quests and bad teams

well, the reward is sux because you can get orb in other way easily......
I think the quest is just for fun

This was a really hard mission but I managed to get it completed.

Went with myself as warrior , necro ss, monk and an ele/monk.

We had some pretty dicey moments and fortunatly one of us survived to get back for a rez of the team but mostly I'd say its achievable if everyone takes it slow and plays defensively.

I found a new guide here on guru that was the main reason I was able to finish it. Maybe for others finding it challenging you could take a look.

Nah the quest give will you 240 orbs, and you can solo farm the island for 60 orbs in less time than it takes to do the ne quest.

Did it this way this morning. Anyone who is familiar with ToPK will be able to clear this area. The trick is to do small pulls and watch for popups. If you're thinking about running ahead... think again.

Did this last night in a guild team with Tank, heal/prot Monk, rit lord Rit and SS/shivers nec.

Not easy, but really, with organised play (insert guild mates/teamspeak here) its not that hard.

LMAO, a paltry reward indeed. However a random drop from a bested enemy yielded a non-max blue storm bow. This poses the question I guess as to whether some players may be lucky enough to score a max gold storm bow or similar from it.

Either way, not worth completing for the drops or reward, but hey sometimes its the challenge. Particularly when there was a lot of "OMG this mission sucks, its too hard" comments were floating about the monastery at the time, makes it worth the while, knowing you can do it with skilled and sensible play.

In one word LAME.

Anet could at least be a lttle bit more generous and make those Tyrian Monsters drop better stuff like ectos.

It may be a 'fun' quest, yes indeed, its more fun to farm the noob island and get more or less the same amount of orbs as the reward for this. I did and it worked for me

i got a gold platinum bow in there for a drop my team was two monks 1 warrior 1 ele. we beat it took time to do it though
