Taking Screens

When I take screens, the chatbox is sometimes blocked out as well as any other non-environment thing. How do I stop this from happening?

For example, when I start the game, there's the compass, chatbox, health bars etc. right? When I take a screenshot, I lose all of the compass things and stuff. How do I make Guild Wars take a screenshot of all the compass and health bars and stuff?

Print Screen buttons prints with the HUD
Print Screen + Shift prints without the HUD

But, but I'm pretty sure most of the pictures were taken without pressing Shift.

I remember hearing something about how they reversed the Shift key's functionality a long time ago. Does the HUD display show up if you DO hold down Shift?

If not this will work:

1. Get the screenshot you want and press Print Screen like normal
2. Open up MS Paint (default is Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint)
3. Press Ctl+V on your keyboard
4. Save the image as whatever you want

That's the method I have been using for quite some time now, so I don't really remember much about the functionality of other way, sorry.
