Caster Items

Just a quickie,

do items like this exist...

Focus with +12 base - & - +15-1 regen - & - Skill +1 20% chance

and

Focus with +12 base - & - 20% cast or recharge - & - Skill +1 20% Chance

I know the second option exists:
Vilnar's glove:
Energy +12
HSR of curses skills (20%)
Curses +1 (20%)

For the first option, I think it's mostly a + health mod that is added and not a Skill +1 20% chance mod.

The second one definately exists from Crafters and Collectors all over Cantha, not sure about Tyria. The first one, never seen it, but doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

The first, I have never seen one, so I have to hold it as it doesn't exist.

The 2nd one is possible, while impossible at the same time. It is possible to get the 2 mod on the same item, but it would be almost impossible to get exactly the right one maxed. No, crafter/collector only give +30hp +1 magic. Pray for more green.
