Also is there anyway I can report something like this, all I did was ask him "Why do you spam the things your selling in local chat?", boy was I in for a suprise.

You should block out the places where you can read the guy who you wisperings name... Who happens to be on DND the first time, and ignoring you the second... My bet is that's who was spamming noob..
