Kind of... um... uh... stuck?

This is my first BWE, and Im playing a N/E. Well, I talked to Sir Tyras (I think thats his name) and he sent me on my first training mission, where he tells me "You won't be coming back". Well... I get there and its just me and a drill sargent. He tells me to get into the fight, but there is no fight. I was expecting charrs to be blowing my head off as soon as I got there, instead Im in a deserted city, filled with rubble and no exits. Any help, please?

Isn't this when you first enter post-searing? I'd reload guild wars and back on to make sure you running the current build (explains the deserted city). And there are exits, two of them, kind of hard to notice at first. Down the stairs and to the right... and on the upper stairs (going up) to the right.

How exactly do you get to post-searing?

see sir tydus and enter the academy

note it is a one way trip and you CANNOT return

get the second profession ,skills,spells and instead of the minimum level 3 be at least 5-7 before going in

you can at 3 but dont say i didnt warn you
