Petition for white dye

Yes, I know there are formulas for white dye
BUT THEY ARE NOT WHITE!

Silver dye gives me gray!

We need white dye that's actually white and not some yellowish gray!

Well agreed a White Dye would be nice, but to be realistic if such a feature would to be implimented then White Dye would become the new Black, it would become highly priced due to high demand, so not every player would be able to afford it. Many people have came close to replicating the effect of white dyes by using combos and mixes.

It would be nice for a white dye, but as Aki said, those would become expensive very fast, and would cost +/- like black dyes, or black dyes would become more cheap, too bad there isn't many things we may do against that.

For those of you saying it would be expensive, thats only if ANET doesn't make it drop at a higher rate than other dyes (like people telling me how black dye drops less than other dyes)

Introduction of white dye would prolly drop the price of silver dye as well, bumpetibump.

And why shouldn't black droprate be same as other dyes? o.0?

Atleast I have looted some 20 of each other colored dyes, and only one black. And that was my first day in GW presearing at the launch :P

If Anet does put in a white dye, the price would depend on drop rate. Blacks don't drop often, thus the high price. If it'd dropped like a silver did maybe, it wouldn't get so pricey. It's the drop rates that cause prices. The same can be seen with materials and their drop rates. I would personally like to see a white dye that is really, trully white. I've gotten really close with mixes, and it does look white on maybe 2 characters' armors. But I would like something that was white across the board.

I SAY YEA! I would love having white dye. I'd probably never use it myself, but,

A: It'd stop complaints of people who want it
B: If I ever do need it, it'd be nice to be able to buy it instead of going uber chemist and making some...
